Practioners utilize this technique and try loosening and releasing restrictions or ‘blockages’ in the body that are causing pain and dysfunction. When these ‘blockages’ are removed, the overall functioning of the central nervous system and the body is improved. The therapist gently works with the skull and the spine, diaphragms and fascia.
